The Business Systems Analyst I is a developing contributor who supports the implementation and enhancement of digital services for government clients. This role focuses on gathering and documenting business requirements, assisting with process analysis, and contributing to the delivery of solutions that meet defined client and project needs.
The analyst collaborates with technical and non‑technical stakeholders, applying strong communication and analytical skills to help translate business needs into system requirements. They work under guidance from senior analysts or project leaders, managing assigned tasks with increasing independence while building domain knowledge and technical understanding.
The Business Systems Analyst I contributes to team success by supporting project documentation, participating in solution design discussions, and helping maintain project momentum. Success in this role requires a willingness to learn, attention to detail, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality work while developing professional and technical skills.
This is a hybrid position, requiring a blend of remote and in-office work. Additionally, the role includes on-site visits to customers as needed, so candidates should be comfortable with traveling to all PR municipalities.
