Job Summary

We’re looking for a driven Recruiter who will have a hand in shaping the future of Granicus in US! As a member of the recruiting team, you’re responsible for finding, screening and hiring best-in-class talent for Granicus. In this role, you will lead full cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing passive candidates, using innovative recruiting methods and providing a high-touch experience for every candidate. You are also genuinely curious about people, self-motivated, creative and tenacious and will work hard to reduce the time it takes to fill each position while not compromising the quality of the hire or the satisfaction of your hiring managers.

What Your Impact Will Look Like

  • Sourcing and Full-cycle Recruiting - Design and execute customized, full cycle staffing plans from entry-level to executive-level, partnering closely with hiring managers and other recruiting team members. Find and engage high quality, diverse and passive candidates through creative techniques. Ability to successfully source passive candidates using a variety of recruiting solutions including, but not limited to, social media campaigns, innovative events, Boolean searches, and open networking.
  • Relationship Management - Establish and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key cross-functional stakeholders internally. Build trust and credibility in order to provide effective guidance to aid in decision making of candidate selection.
  • Documentation and Report generation- Effectively leverage technology (ATS) to recruit, screen, and schedule candidate interviews to consistently meet or exceed expectations. Provide weekly updates to recruiting team and leadership to effectively communicate real time progress and reevaluate workflow. Ability to report, analyze and present data to all stakeholders. Be an expert user of our ATS and also provide guidance and suggestions on how to continue to effectively utilize the system.
  • Market Research and Employer Branding- Stays well informed of all of market trends and competition. Responsible for research and analysis of recruiting market trends, understanding implications and recommending solutions. Plan and coordinate recruiting events and represent Granicus at job fairs, university career fairs, networking and community events. Develop partnerships with employer branding platforms to ensure higher visibility in the market as an employer of choice.
  • Commitment to Continuous Improvement- Ability to develop recommendations and implement solutions to consistently scale our recruiting operations and processes. Willing to step outside of the day-to-day role to work on projects and initiatives that will ultimately improve the team through new tool, system, process, etc.

You Will Love This Job If You Have

  • Ability to maintain confidence and professionalism when leading others through ambiguous and complex situations
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing, and hiring hard-to-find candidates and working in a high-volume environment
  • Effective communication, teamwork, and client service skills; excellent written and oral communication, and willingness to deliver regular updates and feedback clearly and tactfully
  • Demonstrated ability to command the attention and respect of senior level executives as well as hiring managers and candidates 
  • 5+ years of high-volume recruiting experience with a background in IT and/or technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced, metrics driven environment

Pay Range

USD $59,000.00 - USD $74,000.00 /Yr.
