Granicus is seeking a Content Marketing Manager to join the Content Team with development, creation, and editing of marketing collateral, with a special focus on transforming complex, long-form copy into pithy short-form content. This role is a critical part of our content engine and will be essential for ensuring Granicus goes to market with the best version of our story, told in the most engaging way for each channel.
Strong writing and editing skills required. The ideal candidate has demonstrated skills developing ad and promotional copy (short, snappy, effective) and working with marketing, sales, and leadership to create impactful short- and medium-form content (one-pagers, brag sheets, thought leadership blogs, short guides). Skills with alternate forms of storytelling (video, images, presentations, social) is a preferred.
You will work closely with brand, segment, product marketing, and regional marketers to ideate, write, and produce campaigns across web, social, earned media, and other forms of collateral. You will also work with these teams to continuously optimize our messaging and update collateral as needed.
